1: Return Conditions
1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
2: Return Shipping Fee
You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on modeshe's part.
3: About Refund
Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned. modeshe will complete the refund in 7 business days after receiving your returns and verification, please check your account then.There might be a delay of the refund for your return, this is because we usually handle returns twice a week.
Exchanges & Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or return. Submit a ticket to contact us and we will do the best we can.
You can ship the item(s) to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) for you upon acceptance. However, you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
Return and Refund
There is no doubt that you can return the item(s) and get a refund if Exchange is not your choice. A partial or a full refund will be offered upon acceptance. The refunds ranges from 40% to 100% of the price of the item(s). However, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back us.
3.Exchange & Return Policy

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have label attached.
Items must be received in original packaging.
We only accept returns based on wrong size, bad quality and color shading. Product image is only for your reference. If there is inconsistency between the image and the actual product, the actual product shall govern.
Return will not be accepted without contacting our customer service.
For bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and jewelry, if there is not quality problem, we don’t offer return / exchange service.
ChicLike is not responsible for the returning shipping fee under following:
- Size doesn't fit
- Defective items
Please don't return directly to the address on the received package.
Please send back the package by mail, instead of express. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.
Order cancellation and refund is only accepted within 2 hours after order confirmation.
Returns/exchanges will be processed in 2-4 business days.
In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days before the credit appears on your credit card statement (PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately).
How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and submit ticket for further help.
Step 2: If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of the item SKU and size which you want to exchange for. If you return for Refund, Our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out).
Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please allow 7 business days for package transit, plus an additional 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
